Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record (the payment processor used for your transaction). Funds usually return to your bank statement within 5-10 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. If you cancel after the 14-day refund window, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period, but you will not receive a refund.
